As shown here from a Town of Andover information pamphlet, the former Department of Public Works yard lies immediately across the tracks from 15 Railroad Street. Andover released an RFP in 2020. The winning proposal includes 136 Units of new residential housing in a mixed-use, transit-oriented setting. Permitting and development are in-progress.
